These terms apply to the paid AI Newsletter subscription service provided by Future Webservice. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service delivers daily curated news briefings by email in natural language.
Content personalization is based on your selected topic, language, and optional natural-language interest text.
By subscribing, you agree to receive newsletter delivery emails and essential service communications.
Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation is available anytime via the manage link included in each newsletter email.
We aim for high availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
If we materially change or discontinue core parts of the service, we provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and to foreseeable, typical damages.
To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for purely financial decisions made based on newsletter content.
The format, structure, and editorial preparation of the newsletter are protected.
Rights to external original sources remain with their respective rights holders.
We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as legal changes, product updates, or security requirements. The current version is always published on this page.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
